Appointments Scheduling

Your spa treatments are reserved specifically for you! We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies.

We ask that you please fill out all forms that pertain to you.

A NEW COVID form is required every time you book an appointment. If the Covid-19 form is not completed prior to your appointment, the time taken to fill it out will, unfortunately, run into your service time.

Appointment Arrival Times

We kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows our therapists to thoroughly review your medical history to ensure you receive appropriate and safe treatment. It also allows you time to decompress and prepare for your treatment. Returning clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled time to allow you to relax and prepare for your treatment

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Sage Spa; it is reserved, especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 2 hours of notice for cancellations.

Cancellation Policies and Fees:

Your appointments are very important to Sage Spa; it is reserved, especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 2 hours of notice for cancellations.

Any cancellations with less than 2 hours of notice are subject to and will be charged the 50% cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 75 % for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning on an "on-call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation, so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.

CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, we will email and text to confirm your service appointments two business days before your appointment date. However, if we cannot reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.

Gratuities

In appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Gift certificates, Spafinder and Spa & wellness can not be accepted for gratuity.

Cell-free Zone

We request you turn off your cell phone before you enter the Spa so you and others can fully enjoy this sanctuary of serenity. If you must make a private call, please contact the front desk and we will make suitable arrangements.

Children and Minors

We love children and would like to provide the best family experience at the spa whenever possible. However, our facility is not setup to accommodate little children. Minors from age 11 to 17 can be treated with parental consent only.

Underage Massage

Everyone needs or deserves Massage. If under the age of 18 written consent from the legal guardian must be provided. Legal guardian must be present during the treatment at all times.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is a wonderful service for the mother-to-be and helps to relieve the mental and physical stress unique to the expectant mother. However, massage for the expectant mother should not be performed until after the first trimester of pregnancy and
WRITTEN PHYSICIANS APPROVAL. Please inform the spa coordinator of your pregnancy when booking your appointment.

Jewelry

If possible, we suggest leaving your jewelry at home, however, if you have brought valuables with you, please make certain that these items are in a safe and secure place as you travel from room to room. Sage Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase in order for any exchanges and/or refunds to be given.

Returned Checks

A fee of $35 will be charged each time a check returns to our bank

Gift Certificates

Sage Spa Gift Cards are available in any denomination. Gift cards can be purchased over the phone, or print from your computer, or you can simply drop by & pick one up. Please note that all gift cards are non-refundable & non-transferable. Sage Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. Product purchase and gratuity cannot be added on your gift card. Price of services subject change without notice. Specials/ Packages are not valid with with Sage Spa Gift Cards or  Frederick discount offers. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift certificates MUST be presented at the time of redemption, including online gift certificates. No exceptions.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards, personal checks or cash. Returned checks will be charged a service fee. Prices are subject to change at any time.

We aren't a recipient of Visa Gift Cards.

Monthly Specials/ Packages

Monthly specials and packages cannot be split between parties and all services must be completed within the same day. Specials/ Packages are not valid with any offers, discounts, coupons, referral cards or purchase with Sage Spa Gift Cards.

Product

Product purchases are not valid with any referral cards or Sage Spa gift cards.

Not available for use with Sage Spa discounts or promotions.

Membership services 

do not roll over to the following month –You will receive 1 monthly service starting the day you join. Your monthly service expires on the last day of the calendar month. If you miss your monthly service, you cannot redeem it the following month.

We reserve the right to change the menu or services at any time.
